The handbook states that evidence should be ready before an arrest whenever possible. If the suspect poses an immediate threat to life that the ISD member personally witnessed, an arrest may take place before evidence is collected.

Intruder Alert / SCP Containment Breach
Man CPC and escort non-combatives to PW. Once complete, ISD may assist with the code. Arrests take priority where required.
CODE 2
Riot in Progress
Secure D-Block and evacuate non-combatives unless they have a valid reason to remain. ISD may assist with a sweep if requested by GSD CPT+ after those duties are fulfilled.
CODE 3
Contamination Hazard
Escort non-combatives toward the garage and establish a checkpoint at the EZ Blast Door with ID checks, weapon checks and infection scans.
CODE 4
Cognitohazard Breach
Obtain SCRAMBLE headgear before carrying out duties. Escort non-combatives to PW, then assist with the emergency. Arrests take priority.
CODE BLACK
Evacuation
Prioritise evacuating non-combative site staff to the garage. Spare manpower may be assigned to lockdown areas and containment support.
